Tournament Checklist
1. Please check for availability by contacting Joanna Linton.

2. Please make cheques payable to "Campbellford Minor Hockey Association".
*E-transfers option is also available to: [email protected] or payment of cheque is acceptable.
3. Bring a paper copy of your approved OMHA Roster and Travel Permit to registration desk on the tournament day if you did not attach them to the online application.
ALL tournaments require a travel permit from the OMHA.
It is imperative that you allow enough time for the OMHA to process this request.
Tournament requests with less than 2 weeks notice are not guaranteed.
