New to Hockey (Campbellford Minor Hockey)

Note to Parents of First Time Players:
The following must be completed before a first time player is permitted on the ice (no exceptions)
1. A copy of the players Proof of birth must be uploaded in the HCR or emailed to the registrar (birth certificate, health card, passport)
2. A copy of the parents drivers licence for Proof of Address.

The online Respect in Sport parent program must be completed by one parent.  This is an online program that takes approx 1 hour to complete.  If you have already completed the program for another player, your certificate number must be linked to the new players profile.
