1) Approve May Agenda
2) Confidentiality forms for everyone and Police Checks need to be linked to Spordle account
a) Need to have a time to help coaches upload police check to their Spordle
b) Have coaches meeting to help with this, make a list of what coaches need
3) Policy Manual Update: 10 minutes
a) Tabled to next meeting as TV was not working properly
b) Bring HDMI cable
4) Registration:
a) Open June 15
b) Changed front page message:
i) Added tryout message
ii) Added a message about getting police check if they are interested in being on bench staff

7) Golf Tournament- success
a) Lots of feedback from golfer to help improve
b) Prize for best golf team next year
8) Fall Dance-Look into renting the upstairs of the arena
a) Look into other options to rent
9) Jersey and name bars…where are we with this
a) U7 and U8 jerseys are complete and have been picked up
b) Kurtis will follow up with the name bars
10) Sport Pay Fees
a) Option to charge the families to pay with Visa/Credit card, does the organization continue to pay this fee for families

12) OMHA report
a) Motion put forth to open borders for all
b) Language changes
c) Prioritize coach and trainer
d) Heavy discussion U9 and U8: U8's coming up to play U9. OMHA does not want to define the criteria and leave it up to the organization
i) OMHA would like to Vote on U9 full ice earlier in the year, sent to hockey Canada to be voted on.
e) U9MD and Klevr: are they able to play both? Recommendation is no. Klevar is a tournament team.
f) 20 on the roster for any age
g) ATM: if you accept an ATM you cannot send one
13) LL Update: next meeting
14) Ladies auxiliary: clear plan of what their roles are
a) How does the money they raise get distributed
15) Grant connection: Jacquie
a) Access to websites, to gain access to all the grants.
b) Can apply with other organizations
