1) Confidentiality forms for everyone: Need to get Pudge
2) Policy Manual Update: 10 minutes: Everyone will get a hard copy of requested changes
a) Motion to complete changes to and including 1.C, as discussed we will dig into where the Interpretation of Objects shall be, and begin a list of questions for the Lawyer.

a) LL coaches
i) Begin identifying potential candidates, to be ready to know when tryouts are done.

b) Casey to post on social media any interested in LL Coaches get a police check uploaded to Spordle account.
6) Vulnerable Sector Check
a) Individuals under 18, are not required to have one as per the OPP station; volunteers under the age of 18 will be added under development coordinator
7) U5 Jerseys
a) Have they been ordered? Kurtis indicated that jerseys and socks have been ordered
8) Ice Schedule
a) Tournaments:Jamboree: January 4(U8) and February 8 (U7), booked? Yes
i) $350
ii) Need to look into Ladies Auxiliary willing to help?
iii) Jason will submit sanctions for the tournaments
iv) Nancy will update website with date, fees and information
v) Have a discussion with CWS about a ticket for the canteen to provide food for teams.
b) Ice for pre skates/tryouts
i) 7 days booked with Marmora between 7 and 15th of September. Will begin September 7.
ii) Been in contact with Norwood, waiting to see what ice is available there
iii) When are Rep teams' dates need to be submitted? Will look into this
iv) Have executive at the beginning of the tryouts for all age groups to answer any questions
9) Golf Tournament
a) Poll was conducted on WhatsApp for 2025 tournament dates
Saturday June 28: 2 votes
Saturday August 23: 4 votes: We will book this date
10) Goaltender Assist program: Apply to receive free goalie equipment for U7 & U9?
a) We will apply: Jason will take care of
11) U8-U9: We have 3-4 sets of equipment available for any players in need
12) Fall Dance
a) Wayne, did you book a date for this? Friday September 6
b) Casey will create a poster
13) Jersey's Name bars: Defer until next meeting as top priorities

a) Dates have been submitted about when Brahaney's can do
b) 96 kids, 6 different groups we can provide this year
c) McKelvie: interested in running goalie clinics, looking at getting a few different individuals to help with this
18) Goal tend relief:
a) Jason will look into applying for
19) Information night for U5-U8 : Jaquie, Jen, Joanna, Sean need to be there
a) Joanna will take with Jen to see what dates will work for her to have the meeting. Looking towards the middle to end of September.
