Policy Manual update 10 minutes- Tabled until next meeting

Banners: John Trotter willing to take down the old banners at the old rink, if minor hockey pays to transport his lift.
Options to look at:

Make new banners (need to look at the state of the old banners)

Auction off old banners

Donate the banners to the heritage society
-
Action: Look at finding out where Warkworth had their new signs made up, get the old banners down to inventory and check the state of them.

How the Playoffs will work has been pushed back

Coaches and managers bag dispersal

Sean has the bags and will deliver them to the coaches, he will use this as a wellness check. Chad will go with Sean to meet the LL coaches

Jamborees
-
Jan 4th- U8 jamboree: 12 teams, probably the max we will get as Warkworth is hosting a Jamboree the same day. Makes it a little tricky to run the schedule, Joanna will look into getting the medals.

Feb 8th- U7 jamboree full with 16 teams

Vouchers for food- once we figure out what the items will be, Casey will design

YMCA: multi purpose room looking for discount: Need to draft a letter requesting a discount for minor hockey to use the room for x amount of days. Needs to be addressed to Kelli Stapley, Jason will look into completing

CMH Foundation: Minion hats and catch the aces will have a table

Bake sale: all to go to proceed with for the U13LL Yellow team

50/50 rolling for the day

Ladies Auxiliary: have them come to a meeting to discuss what we expect of them, mission statement

Golf Tournament- Volunteer interest

Will Orr would like to help/take over with running this event

Forest Silverstick- (last year, CMHA covered the Forest Silverstick registration)

CMHA is willing to cover the entry fee for the U11 rep team

Development

Skates with the Brahaney Blades: good feedback, more pulling 1-1 coaching to understand the drills, ensuring the kids are being challenged

Goalies: $2500 for goalie development with Stop the Puck (STP). This would get goalies 3-4 sessions over the year and a coaches workshop for goaltending put on by STP. Plan will be to run 3 goalies together during a practice time (i.e. All three U11 goalies). Goalie clinics will get half the ice and a practice will happen on the other half.

Coaching workshop: $300 for 3 hours of time- table until next meeting when Sean is present to discuss.

Volunteers for helping with skating: U5 does not want the help- U7 will take the help. Adam Desjardin willing to help out U7 also.

Whiteboards for coaches: Wayne talked with Canadian Tire about getting them willing to give us the items at cost.

Continue interest, survey sent out to each manager, get the interest. They had to end the day today.

Meet with a lawyer to discuss the options and how this will look- Nolan will reach out to Ashley Tinney-Fischer

What are we doing about the list of coaches that Jacquie sent out
