Please submit your Vulnerable Check for the Upcoming Hockey Season
This applies to all Coaching Staff & Executive Board Members & Volunteers on and off the ice.
Rosters will not be approved until all staff have their Vulnerable Check submitted.
https://opp.ca/index.php?id=147There is a new VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) Procedure this year and it's important that you start this right away as OHF is probably going to be swamped at the beginning of the season and we are hoping we can beat the rush and get this done fast. Teams will not be able to be rostered until bench staff have completed this step.
If you have a PDF copy of your VSC from 2022/23 or 2023/24, the OHF will accept that.
Before starting you need the following:
1. Your HCR Number (contact Jacquie Musson if you need it [email protected]
2. A PDF copy of your VSC

Log into your Hockey Canada 3.0
Verify your Spordle Account and Hockey Canada Account are Linked
Click in the right hand box to link the 2 accounts.

Upload your letter from CMHA Vulnerable Sector Check (PDF File)
When you're ready to start the process go to:

Go to the OPP Vulnerability Form -

Scroll down to the bottom of the site and click on the Police Check Box
Under Service Options Select "Show Filters" under the Vulnerable Sector Check and select "Volunteer"
Follow the directions and upload documents as required.
This form may require a computer with a camera and you may need to upload a photo of yourself with 2 pcs of ID
at the end of the Vulnerability Form.
